Kann ich den Artikel zurückgeben, wenn er mir nicht gefällt?

Du kannst eine Rückgabe innerhalb von 30 Kalendertagen nach der Zustellung beantragen. Die Artikel sollten ungetragen, unbenutzt und im Originalzustand sein, mit Etiketten und Originalverpackung, soweit vorhanden. Sende sie innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen nach deiner Mitteilung an uns zurück.

Bei Rückgaben wegen Nichtgefallens trägst du die Rücksendekosten. Berechtigte Erstattungen erfolgen auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode. Deine gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben unberührt.
